I am 12 and want to start wearing foundation. I have heard that powder foundation is good for oily skin types (mine is oily and fair). I live in England and wouldn't like to buy it online because of shipping charges. Is there one available for around 拢10?Where can I find a good powder foundation?

You can buy mineral foundations in loads of places for like, less than 拢5.
Maxfactor and L'oreal do good ones, both available in boots (or superdrug or anywhere...) for like 拢8 ish..
buy it frm a pharmacy store or somthin n i thnk in england they have mineral powder that wld be good 4 ur skin n wld nt have dat much affect after n ur skin is perfect 4 it 2 try it cuz minerals r good 4 any skin
