im not sure but you could try the covergirl queen collection. you can buy it at walmart and you can look at all of their stuff at covergirl.com its kinda weird because they have a beuaty consultant for reall and you can talk to them like aim.What foundation/powder is made for a dark chocolate complexion?
Loreal H.I.P. is made for darker skin tones. I'd try that.
Try CVS, even if it isnt your right color, u can return it for all ur money!
The best brand I can think of is MAC. If you prefer drugstore barnds - Revlon and Maybelline both have an extensive shade range.

Maybelline - dream matte mousse, superstay silky
what about covergirl queen make-up? they contain much more pigments than their usual make-up.

The only one I know about that is heavily advertised is Queen Latifah's Cover Girl line, Queen. In one season of America's Next Top Model, Eugena wore it and it looked really great.
