Guys don't care. They are too busy wondering what under your clothes.
As far as what attractive, it depends on your skin and the foundation/powder you choose. Better quality will look better. And be sure you have a good match to your skin tone. Too pale will make you like ill, and too dark will look orange and streaky. And you will need to adjust the shade from winter to summer.
Questions to ask yourself... Does your skin look healthy and fresh without makeup? Then just use a powder over the oily spots. If you have red/ruddy skin, a bit on foundation over the redish spots will help give you a clearer look. You don't have to use it everywhere, just put it where you want to even up your skin tone. Do you have oily skin, if so try powder and avoid foundation if possible.
Another option you didn't address is tinted moisturizer. I switched to that a while back and love it. It evens out my skin tone, yet leaves me looking and feeling natural. No one can tell I am wearing it. And people don't see my freckles as much. I add a bit of powder over it to help set it and cut down on shine.Do guys prefer powder foundation or just plain pressed face powder on a girl?
First of all most guys always say they don't like women or their girlfriend or whatever wearing too much make-up. Especially, if you are still young. Guys like a ';natural'; look in girls. They don't like gobs of make-up. So, in answer to your question, if you are still young, say in your teens, late teens or even early twenties and you look good without having to put make-up on to the point where you can walk out of the house and look good, I would go with the plain pressed powder. If you have a few minor blemishes or scars or dark circles around your eyes, maybe then you could go with the powder foundation because it will cover it without overdoing it with a liquid or heavy foundation. But, it sounds like if those are your only 2 choices of make-up, you must look pretty good if that's all you would need. When you're old like me, I'm 47 years-old, you need to do a little more, of course. But, I'd go with the pressed powder because you sound like you'd probably wouldn't even need either of them. But, good luck and I hope that helped you decide.Do guys prefer powder foundation or just plain pressed face powder on a girl?
Depends on the girl. Some girls look better with certain kinds of makeup compared to others. The best thing is to find the makeup that best compliments YOUR specific face, eyes, lips, and skin.
Oh definitely pressed powder.
Are you serious? Guys wouldn't notice if you wore peanut butter as foundation.
