How to apply powder foundation and eyeliner?

Help!! All my friends wear foundation and eyeliner, mascara etc. and I cant put any of it on!! Except for mascara and lip stuff. I have some powder foundation and bought a new eyeliner the other day. Can anyone tell me how to apply the eyeliner?! Its sooo hard! And I think i can put the foundation on but can anyone also advise me how i can put powder foundation on? Thanx in advance! line the lower rim of your eye:


place your index finger about and inch lower than ur eyeand pull down, it should make the skin poke a out a little somewhat.next get a nice eyeliner PENCIL (dont use liquid unless ur advanced and know what your doing. then lightly run the pencil on the rim of your eye on that ledgeish place (you might think its too close to your eye or on the inside of ur eye lid, but its not)


to do the top you must have a VERY steady hand, so i just skip this part

i would recommed not using foundation, just on blotchy parts of your skin..u might want to get the powder in a slightly shade lighter...then line your chin, undereyes, forehead and cheeks with it... you might look like a freak now because of the diff colors, but then use the other side of the sponge and rub it in and BLEND very VERY WELL!!!!

r u gonna use liquid or a pencil im in 7th grade and i use a pencil and put it right under my eye and it kinda hurts the first few times but youll get used to it after a while good luck and have fun :)D
to put the foundation on going down if u use any cover up then u want to rub it in going up...to apply eyeliner just pull ur eyelide down and look up and put it on the eyelid it is that easy....... good luck....
Don't try so hard. Sharpen an eyeliner pencil to really sharp and just outline. Don't use really cheap eyeliner cause it is to thick and doesn't come off good. Revlon has a pretty good pencil eyeliner. As for foundation, I think you just need to put it on like you would put lotion on your face, except with a sponge. Try putting lotion on with a sponge first. Also, if you put lotion on your face before putting on the foundation it will smooth on easier.
