What's the best way to apply a cream foundation that turns into a powdery finish? I've just got a new foundation like this and it seems to end up a bit patchy.How do I apply Cream-to-Powder foundation?
i use a cream/powder fondation and i use a little make up sponge to apply it and then i put a light powder over the cream fondation so it kind of looks natural. and sometimes it does look a little patchy but when that happens i take i damp rag and sponge my face with it and i wipe the cakey looking fondation off around the chin area so i don't look cake face. How do I apply Cream-to-Powder foundation?
