i have studio tech by mac which is a cream to poweder foundation and right now im using the sponge applicator that it comes with but i wanted to switch to a brush but idk which one to use. HELP :)What brush is best to apply my cream to powder foundation?

As a make up artist, I usually apply cream based products with a synthetic brush. The fibers allow the product to glide off the brush smoothly. You will also find that you get a more even application. Using a brush will help you use less product, therefore you will be saving money. Sponges tend to absorb more product into themselves than you get on your face, they also tend to absorb dirt and bacteria.
You dont use a brush for cream to powder. You need the sponge
