What's the best cream to powder foundation?

I have oily, acne-prone skin and I want to try cream to powder foundation. So, what's your suggestion for a foundation for me?What's the best cream to powder foundation?

I recommend Savila base from Coonobabe. I then top it off with their happy ending powder.





I also recommend before any makeup goes on, use a cleanser/toner combo. I use their Pepino cleanser, followed by their Savila toner. Wash with cleanser, pat dry with clean towel then apply toner and allow to air dry. I repeat this during hot/humid days, but it's worth it. Hope this helps you as it did for me.
