If you wear powder foundation, do you have to wear regular powder?

Like, if you have a foundation that is in a powder form, do you have to wear regular face powder over it to set it? Or is it okay to leave it alone?

i usually use liquid foundation but i use to wear powder foundation. and i just put it on. i didnt put powder over it. i usually just wear powder foundation and blush. it works =]
I NEVER put powder over my foudation and it stays set just fine, as long as you're not getting sweaty or anything, for the plays at our school, i use a special powder to set their makeup because it is so hot on stage, but if you're not sweating, you don't need it.
I have a friend who sells Mary Kay and she says with the powder form of foundation you don't have to use powder afterwards to ';set'; the makeup. Thats the good thing about the powdre form , she says.
