What foundation/powder do you recommend for a velvety finish?

I am 27 years old, during my late teens, I suffered from blackheads mostly. I have oily skin, my pores a slightly open, I also got red spots all over my face... What foundation have you tried that leaves a velvety look?

You need 3 things:


A greenish concealer to cover the red spots. Green neutralizes red.


The Hollywood mineral foundation, and the Veil.


I use all of them and they are great. Leaves you with an airbrushed looking face. Best thing is you can get samples for like $1-2 and they ship them free to you.


Then if you like it, you can get it all in a kit for about $30.


I've been using their makeup for about a year now and my skin has cleared up so much that I rarely need the green concealer!

I love Estee Lauder foundation. Double Wear, (when applied correctly) will give you a polished finish. I swear every time I wear it people compliment me on my skin... even when I'm in the midst of a break out it still makes me look polished. Go to your local department store and have the ladies in cosmetics match your color. I promise it wont make you look made up or like a cake face, it just makes the skin look healthy and even toned.
