Powder foundation?

Which company has a better powder foundation;

Covergirl or Almay? (or do any other companies have a better one)

The most I would want to pay for foundation is $15. I know that some of the more expensive ones are better but I am a student and on a tight budget :Powder foundation?
|these are my two favorite powder foundations. i have oily skin, and these last all day, cover well, and stay matte.

merle norman ultra powder foundation $24 in 22 shades @ merle norman cosmetic studios

and

mark powder buff natural skin foundation $8 in 8 shades @ meetmark.com or thru mark or avon rep

both of these have satisfaction guarantees, and if you need to return the product, you can.Powder foundation?
I've only ever used Covergirl, and I find their products work great.
I prefer LA Minerals. Great price, great ingredients, great coverage and lasts all day.

Most of the store brands are full of chemicals and talc, which clogs your pores.

I think the foundation is like $17 somethin..but my jar is still half full that I bought last summer...so not a bad deal.

They have samples for like $1 and ship em free, so at least you won't spend a bunch buyin the wrong shade of full sized products!
Try Everyday minerals (google it) it's just as good as Bare minerals, but for about half the price. They also have a sample kit that is free I think you just pay 3 bucks for shipping and handling.
Get the mineral kind. It is the best.
