Can you mix water with powder foundation to make a liquid foundation?

I would like to know if i can make a liquid foundation out of the mineral powder I already have.. Could you give me some advice?

Thank you!Can you mix water with powder foundation to make a liquid foundation?
NO! Don't do it! If you do, not only will you get chunky water, but if you try to apply it, it will get streaky and chalky. Instead, use a moisturizer (I recommend Cliniques Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel) and mix it in. You will be able to mix it to your preferred sheerness. Also, DO NOT use hand or body moisturizer, they are too thick and oily for the face, and will make you break out.Can you mix water with powder foundation to make a liquid foundation?
If you want to try it, you probably need to add only a tiny bit of hot water to it first, then gradually add more hot water. I don't think it will work, but if you want to try it, you probably need hot water and a tiny bit at a time. If you dump all of the water in all at once, it will probably clump up. It might be better to try mixing it with some sort of oil based liquid. You don't want something greasy or you'll get zits. Maybe glycerin would work? But I personally think you're better off just buying the good stuff already premade.
No, the powder will not dissolve so you will have chunky water.

But you can mix moisturizer with liquid foundation to make tinted moisturizer.
No. I was told that you could once, and it didn't turn out right. Don't ever let anyone tell you you can. THERE LYING TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
